I apologize for the harsh tone of my review. I have posted a very detailed analysis of the issues I brought up (as a comment to Bill's response to me). While I believe all my specific points have merit, they are all very fixable, and I believe at this point that Parsnips probably has more potential than any other PIM I have reviewed. This app is definitely worth revisiting when the next version number is released.
