It does seem Eudora is getting a little long in the tooth. And the issue that only spammers send HTML mail is not entirely correct. I get my web stats send in html and I can barely read them. There is no real reason (ok, perhaps the one that Eudora would have to be completely re-written) not to support HTML mail.

I have checked out the latest release of Thunderbird and it seems to be the logical replacement of Eudora. It fully integrates with the Eudora mail boxes, and chances are by next release with labels added I'll probably switch. If you haven't checked it out do so at Mozilla.org

RE: Steve Riggins. Why are you so angry? Chill out, switch to de-cafe. Seriously....
