I like the way this game plays. However, for $40+ Canadian, I expect the graphics to be at least professional-looking. This game looks and animates like it is a Grade 9 school project. Sorry, I don't mean to be insulting but I'm annoyed at the $40+ price tag: Unreal Tournmanet 2004 only costs $50 and that comes in a box, with a printed manual, and includes a massive array of professionally-done, incredable-looking graphics, is hugely configurable, and has an online network.
This game only does one thing (which is fine by me, I'm only talking about value here) and looks bad doing it. The price should be cut in half.

Poor graphics and way over-priced - Apolo Productions
A lot of consumers tend to believe that a game isn't worth it's development price if the graphics don't over utilyze the latest graphic technologies. Most of these small company games are the labour of 1 developer not ekeing out much of a profit. To compare a poker sim to a major manufacturer title is unfair to the product and the industry.I'd far rather purchase one developers unpolished labour of love than some overblown EA product delivered for the same price because the development army was driven into the ground by poor management.
Yes, I am a software engineer.
