Hello....
I work on Eudora for Qualcomm. We very much value your comments, but find it almost impossible to have a presence in all the places where Eudora is being discussed. In an effort to better manage customer feedback during the beta cycle, we have put up a bulletin board where we encourage you to discuss the problems you are seeing, or share your experiences. The Eudora team will have a presence to address your concerns.
Check it out at http://eudorabb.qualcomm.com
There is not much there right now as the board has only been 'live' for 5 hours. Be one of the first to participate!
By no means to we want to discourage discussion here at Version Tracker. We simply cannot have a regular presence here to answer your questions.

Just because Qualcomm doesn't guarantee a response to EVERY post on this forum doesn't mean they will not READ the posts and take them into consideration. If Eudora didn't care about the feedback from its customers, why bother with this forum in the first place? It's not so naive as to think it would bring about a cessation of posting here on TV -- and they go out of their way to say so.Some companies just can't win. I should think you would be happy to see this development and this mechanism for user feedback. Why not give it a chance before you condemn it?

quote:Welcome to the Eudora Forums. A few notes you should be aware of-
1) These forums are TEMPORARY. They are only up for the 6.2 Beta testing period. After 6.2 is no longer in Beta, the forums will most likely go away.
and here i thought qualcomm was finally interested in listening to customers about Eudora, not just one beta cycle. this is why i will be switching to Mail.app when Tiger is released and brings Spotlight down hard on Eudora's noggin.

On the forums page you direct us to it states:"2) While we appreciate your participation in the forums, posting here does not guarantee that you will receive a response from someone on the Eudora team."
So why do you want us to post there instead of on VersionTracker? Maybe because it is not nearly as likely to be viewed by a large audience?
