yes, this update has been out for 6 months. and it never fixed the crashing problems. it crashes just opening (double clicking on) cities. sent a note to tech support and they recommended sending in the crash log, but there was no crash log. (probably because it's written in java). this software is garbage. no support and no real bug fixes. forget it.
