Used Product For: 6-12 months

1) Trash the ~/Library/Application Support/Acquisition/ directory.
2) Repair your file permissions:

3) Try again.

These were the instructions I received from the developer. I did #1 by itself and the problem was fixed without needing to reinstall the app. Good luck!
