I was hesitent to start using this software as I have all but given up using my Palm T-C for many reasons.

The great news is that is works as advertised (for me) Installation was a bit tricky and involved some communication with support.

Once installed properly it worked perfectly first time, syncing better than any other setup I have used between Mac and Palm.

Splash Photo finally makes transferring images to my Palm straight forward and most of all I really like being able to mount and get at my SDD card.

with that said I agree wholeheartedly with the person who asys that the company keeps its users at a very long arms reach. Just a few monutes ago I went to their website to try and find some user forums or a tech support email and I gave up. they keep that stuff very well hidden.

If you can take advantage of a competivie cross upgraded or a bundle with Documents to Go I say go for it. But remember, it ain't perfect.
