not good enough

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: NO

Camino ( http://www.mozilla.org/projects/camino/ ) is Cocoa, based on the same gecko rendering engine as FireFox, imports Safari bookmarks and is generally a much nicer OS X app. FireFox may be the sh•t in the windows world, but over on the Mac side, they'll have to do better to win me over.

What would really blow is if they discontinued development of Camino in favor of OS X firefox. Radio buttons look ugly with netscape, mozilla and firefox.

Camino is godd if you don't want any features. Firefox works great for me. Yes, there are some UI things that are not in place on the Mac yet. But if you follow the Roadmap, things will be better.
