Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: bbooks--2008 Friday, October 01 2004 @ 08:04 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I installed this Java 1.4.2 update and now my Citrix Client connection no longer works. Instead I get this error message:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.ConnectionCenter

So now I can't connect and work from remote locations. Anyone have any suggestions for how to get out of this?

Thanks to anyone who can help!
System Info:Mac OS 10.3.5 on an iMac 800MHz PowerPC G4

Something relate with an issue between Safari and JVM. Take a look at http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry.jspa?externalID=CTX105240

It works for me
