Once you puzzle your way through to success, Missing Sync is excellent. Manual is just adequate. The company does everything to avoid direct contact with customers. No phone support, and e-mail response is glacial.

I haven't tried it but the discussion list does apparently exist at http://lists.markspace.com/mailman/listinfo/missing-sync-palmos-talk. It appears to be very tightly controlled by the list mom.
