really requires OS10.3 - i ran into problems using 10.2.8, and the company pinned them on changes made to operate under Panther;
the sample "lite" version is quite limited on allowed record size, so it severely limits the usefulness for student/eval use;
does read files from ESRI's ArcCAD very well;
at least on my setup (original TiBook boosted to 533MHz + 512MB ram), it tended to crash very often, with random data loss but almost no impact on the OS - could be a problem with the X11 vers for Jaguar (X11 is required to run this Unix app, but installation is a snap)
