2.0b3 doesn't show the Aqua focus highlight rectangle as 1.0.x used to. I'm on Jaguar (10.2.8) with all system updates applied.

description seems to be for the non-Lite version - dorkypants

I don't see anything new for 'flagging' items, nor tabbed browsing in 2.0b3 Lite.
