Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

I recommend it if you need a no-frills spreadsheet for some quick calculations.

But be aware... it did crash on me when inserting rows... :-\

This is a great early version, though a touch sluggish on my G3... seemed like it was thinking a little too hard between handling the keypress on a clicked cell and switching to editor mode.

Some things I'd like to see added to this program:
* when a cell is selected, the first keystroke changes to "edit" mode. Instead, this keystroke should follow-thru to be the data entry... example: click on some cell, type 123 enter. the cell switches to the editor on (1) and then gets value 23.
* graphs just float over the spreadsheet and cannot be manipulated.. I'd like to be able to move the graph around
* "smart" paste. I have a simple formula in cell B2 which is (= A2 + B1). If I copy this formula and paste it into B3, I'd like to get (= A3 + B2) where the cell values update relative to the current cell.
* graphing option to not treat the x-axis as data values, but instead as distinct values. So if I check this option and have an x-axis with 1,1,1,2,2,2 and y-axis 1,2,3,4,5,6 , I would see a straight line with six points on the x-axis. Currently this would graph as 2 points on the x-axis with a vertical line (1,1) to (1,3), then a straight line from (1,3) to (2,4), then a vertical line to (2,6).
