Overall I like FontCard but here's a couple of problems I've had
1) Confilcts with You Control: FontCard seems to prevent You Control from appearing in the menubar after a restart. I excluded You Control in the FontCard preference pane but the problem persisted.
2) Using FontCard in TextEdit has caused the app to crash.

It did it to me as well. I have immediately contacted Unsanity support sending a crash log and within minutes (!!!) I have recieved a reply from Unsanity's Rosyna with a tip to disable ~/Library/ScriptingAdditions/Ittec.osax. That helped, no more crashes in TextEdit. Obviously Ittec conflicts (once more) with this Haxie.
You may need to trash FontCard prefs as well.
