Hello,
I have used this product for more than two years now and I am quite happy with It. Never had any problem connecting to any GPRS network in Europe (have tried : France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal). Thaugh I think the modem script is generated once and always valid... I have been in places where GPRS network was not valid and had to switch to GSM.
Anyway it has eased a lot the usage of my GPRS phones (have tried It with 4 different phones).
The only dark side is the registration process (password of the product is linked to the hardware SN# of your Macintosh) so you have to contact tech support every-time you change your computer or you initialize It...
Support is very good and fast.

Very usefull product for GPRS and 3G phone users - Axxll
I would like to try this product but i am not sure GPRS is a roaming service world wide . or is it.? I travel a lot and need to hook up to the net mostly in Africa . My GSM works in most countries ( SIM card based, Eriscson phone).can you enlight me on the usage of GPRS in various countries you have been to when you account is held by say one carrier in France.? !!!
