My apology for zerolink error

Feedback Type:  Developer Note

Contributed by: Wednesday, September 15 2004 @ 11:34 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I believe I have discovered a problem (with the help of Gary Elshaw) with some of the unix executables used for tasks that play mp3, streaming and some other formats as separate tasks. While I carefully neutered the dangerous zerolink "feature" of xCode (runs on your machine but not for anyone else!) for my main project, I had failed to do so with the subtasks. That has been corrected so PMap should play all formats for people besides just the developer. Again, my apology for such an XCode beginner mistake.

The corrected version is at the download site. The tracker for the torrent file has not been responding today so I might be looking for a new tracker and creating a new torrent for torrent enabled downloaders.

My apology for zerolink error - df55555

Works fine - pretty basic at the moment, but a very good start.
This is a good start at providing the mac community with a player that supports all the lossless formats out there.
