Hi,

I've used Mr. Wierda's i-Installer to maintain an up-to-date TeX installation, which I use with TeXShop. Recently, I read somewhere that there is a i-Package that allows using the Mac OS (X) fonts within TeX. Alas! the i-Installer shows an all too brief blurb about the packages - most of which say nothing about the functionality of these.

So, which i-Package(s) do I need to be able to use Mac OS (X) fonts in TeX?

Thanks, Tristan

I think you are referring to the XeTeX i-Package. It is part of Jonathan Kew's i-Directory. Jonathan is the author of XeTeX.

i-Installer itself is a generic tool. Just like Installer.app does not have a way of telling you all about all packages that are available for it, so will i-Installer be unable to do. The i-Directories are indeed limited in providing you information on what is available. But you can scroll the packages and read the README's, which would help you somewhat.

A search engine would be nice for version 3.
