Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: YES

As I am not up to speed on the UNIX comand line side of things this little app was extremely welcome after upgrading our server to 10.3.

Even though we started from scratch on the server system, the RAID was still using the old permissions; which were extremely mixed up given that all users groups had been recreated and non on the old ID lined up.

Workgroup Magnager was used to setup the initial permisions and then asked to copy to all enclosed - however it just wouldn't do it.

In stepped BatChmod - After setting the first level of permissions with Workgroup, I then used BatChmod to copy to enclosing filre/folders - success. No everything is working as I want.

I can't thank you enough.

Did exactly what I needed it to do when Apple's Finder failed. Thank you.
