Existing users, 
This app has never done anything but work faultlessly for me on my G4 iBook, both under OSX10.3.3 and after installing the 10.3.5 upgrade.
If anyone DOES have trouble running it, I can only guess that they need to suspect something else on their own machine rather than this easy to use, must-have (FREE!) little gem...

follow-up to problem - tt4lw
I have an iBook, using 10.2.8. Had same problem prior post had, with just a blip and no recording. I deleted entire wiretap package and downloaded new one from the site, as recommended. Problem is I can't open the download, can't get the icon out of it, can't make this wonderful software work again. [it IS a really good product, if I can get it to work again]. Any tips?
