Yeah, Tag is nice. It's a beautifully rendered application with lots of little things that web developers are sure to love. The "Snippets" feature is nice, as well as the "Table editor," I really like the fact that you can create your own code styles for highlighting of text.

But the harsh reality of it is that Tag is really no better that SubEthaEdit for the vast majority of people. While some developers will find the few well-implemented features mentioned above useful and enough to justify the cost, I suspect that most, like me, will not. SubEthaEdit is simply too close to providing all these features for free. Yeah, Tag is nice... but not $20 nicer that SubEthaEdit.
