Could someone who is having the "no sound" problem please shoot me an email? My address is lynn at pyehouse dot com.

For the record, I too get no sound (just a full length silent audio file) if I try to convert from protected AAC to any other format using QTConvert. This happens if you have upgraded to the latest QuickTime libraries and such as Apple removed the capability to convert from this format. Instead, you get silence. I suspect they moved the codec directly into the applications that need it like iTunes, iMovie etc. as they seem unaffected.

If this is not the case for you (you're trying to convert MP3 or something to MOV) then shoot me a letter.
