For a wile I 'forced' me to use OmniWeb even if i missed Safari! Many problems of Safari was solved by third part littleware and even the ugly 'brushed metal' appearance, so... why change? Simply to maker a REAL comparison!
Yes, OW have so much more options that you will perhaps never use it all (a REAL good manual would help us to dicover WHY the developers made such efforts to build it, as the workspaces I used far too late!) but after a month (2? 3?) coming back to Safari deemed to me each time more heavy!
A simple personal feeling? Naturally... like a nice girl with a good character and even a lovely mother! (I know, nobody will believe me!) Perhaps not fast as a bar fighter with 'brushed metals' everywhere on hi body, shoes and clohes but much more elegant, well educated and... why not? 'Sensual'! The same reasons (any) to have preferred in the 1984 Apple and never changed!

I am Italian as well but I can certainly string English syntax in such a way that it can be totally understood. I didn't understand a word you were saying nor the point you were trying to make, outside of complaining there wasn't a manual that indeed exists...Thursday, August 26 2004 @ 09:53 AM PDT

(a REAL good manual would help us to dicover WHY the developers made such efforts to build it, as the workspaces I used far too late!)I wrote a negative comment in TidBits that Adam Engst refuted in nearly every instance, but I assume that while he was testing it the developers were cluing him in. While I was testing it, I couldn't find out how to do things. By version 5 surely a "quickstartmanual" is an essential. Great features if you can figure them out.
