I just had an experience on the phone with Roxio I could have done without. Simple questions on DL support. Unless the question was whether it supported Dual-Layer, the answer is I have to call a Technician after purchasing the product. I am going to purchase a ten pack for a school and you cannot even answer a few basic questions?

I always try to stand up for companies and individuals making cool stuff, but this company likens itself to Quark. Buy and find out if it works is their theory. Ever since Roxio bought Napster, support for the Mac is completely gone. Well, so is a ten pack sale. I bet if my question was for Easy CD Creator, they would have been all over me with support.

Besides, it looks like the only way to get dual layer support, even though it claims to support it is to buy it with Jam. Dang it, why can't there be a simple solution to burning DVDs?
