We want to inform our users that we're currently experiencing a serious issue around our Amazon-based "Retrieve" action since the recent Mac OS X v10.3.5 update. For the time being--and until we manage to fix, and then qualify our product regarding this new OS version--, we advise you not to use Amazon as a source for retrieving the details of your DVDs.
