Title entry bug

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: rworne Monday, August 09 2004 @ 12:22 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: YES

An unfortunate bug but:

If I add an entry, and that entry doesn't have an image (such as adding titles off of IMDB or Amazon with no photos available), the new entry trashes one of the old ones. This has happened multiple times.

For example:
I added "Azumi" to my collection, and "The Lover" appeared as the cover art. Funny, that was in my library. I check, and sure enough, that title is now gone and the total number of discs is unchanged. I re-add the title (The Lover, which has art available) and it shows up in a new entry and the disc total increases.

This bug is specific to 0.975
System Info:OS X Panther 10.3.4 Dual 800MHz G4

So far I've been unable to get a posterless movie to be over-written by a postered movie. I've you continue to have this problem, please contact me directly through the 'Send Feedback...' menu.

thanks,
