This application has been a very good and very complete app. It has had just about everything that I have been looking for in a helpdesk application. The programmers have also been very responsive and very knowledgeable in the technology he uses to make WHD. (Thanks Jonathan). I have been using WHD since version 6 and have seen tremendous growth in the application.
