Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

Despite all the complaints about downloading this, I downloaded it using a combination of Safari and Transmit very quickly. Camino/Firefox both have their own built-in FTP clients if you'd rather use those.

This update is great. Indexing is so fast I don't notice it's happening (even on Java projects). Subversion support will be really helpful too. I also like some of the interface changes and debugger additions. I'm not sure how much I'll use dead-code stripping as an Objective-C developer, but whatever. They also added regular expression finds for normal file searches (instead of just Find in Project).

There are some things that bug me about this release though... I can't see the need for editors in EVERY window, including Build Results and SCM. I also wish they would fix the long-standing bug of using a different regular-expression syntax for smart groups and Find/Find in Project.

Regardless of these issues, I think this is a solid update that makes a good product even better.
