Existing users, 
I have tried about 20 times over the past 2 days to download this upgrade and it will not work.
When I visited HP's site the only update available is 2.3.1 not 2.5???
Anyone have any idea what is happening (or not in this case?).

Actually Sarge, you're the one who needs to pay attention. The question was why the DOWNLOAD wasn't working for this particular person, not the install.As for why the HP site still lists an older version, that's often the case with them. A new driver may be posted months before they get around to updating the site text.

Read the readme! Open Print Center first and remove your old driver. Install v. 2.5 then in Print Center add the new driver. You need to pay closer attention. This driver, 2.5, works fine.Reply to This
