I just started using Tri-Backup and find that it is very fast and does a great job. I do find the user guide a bit lacking but 2 emails to tech support were promptly answered by Gilles (T/S) and were very detailed and solved my problem. The new firewire drive I just bought came with Retrospect Express which is no fun to use.
