Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I'd like to see the option to turn the ticker entirely off (but allow for the red flag of new messages to be updated as well as keep the sound if the user wishes) without having to manually stop the ticker. Also, within Entourage at least, when I go to get new mail, the menu disappears unless I then go to the Finder. It'd be nice to be able to have the new messages be accessible from the menu bar (without having to go into submenus) and it'd also be nice to have the option to automatically reset the messages counter if one visits the mail in question. If these changes could be made, this would be, i think, a nice implementation of a long-awaiting feature.

Re: Suggestion to Developer - OfficeRocker

brettz9, In the preferences, just change "Tick" to "Never". That's what I do.
