Product Platform: MacOS,MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

Y'know, I absolutely, positively *love* this product, but these incessant updates have become tiring. Maybe you should more thoroughly test each release before rushing it to Version Tracker. For instance, the "full screen" issue was very immediately apparent...how could you have missed it? Take a bit more care, mate: You've got a fabulous product, how about a little QC? And do take this commentary in the best possible spirit (see my previous reviews).

The full screen problems happen on systems/setups that I, as a developer, don't have. I support Win 98, 2k, XP, Mac OS 10.2, Mac OS 10.3, Mac OS 9, and half a dozen players on each. Combine that with how many different hardware and multi-monitor setups there are out there, multiplied that I support 8, 16, 24, and 32 but mode fullscreen and you get several dozen test cases--all of a sudden, it's not so easy to test even a fraction of the test cases. So please trust me when I say how tricky, sensituve, and painful fullscreen support is. If things wren't bad enough, full screen mode under Windows is even more sensitive--it's painful to look back and see how much time this has burned.

Fair enough! I stand corrected.
