I've owned a copy of WordSmith since Jan 2001 and stopped using it when the Mac conduit broke. I believe it's related to iSync conduit use. The Conduit Manager hangs up with an invalid assertion debug message. This has been reported to Blue Nomad, but they haven't acknowledged the problem nor have they updated their Mac support in any way. Their Palm application is very nice, but their lack of real Mac support anymore is terrible.

Yes, I've read the conduit has problems with MissingSync, but it works just fine for me on OS 10.3.x with all MissingSyncs from v4+. However, if I have non-ASCII text documents (I have some Japanese text files on my Palm), WordSmith will try to sync those and choke. Now, if the DocsToGo people would add better keyboard support so I could skip about text documents easily with Option-arrow or other such keystrokes instead of having to use the stylus, I'd probably let WS go.
