Yes ... I would agree that something doesn't seem quite right ... feels clunky.

Downloaded 9.1 and installed Cute Theme ... Lost r-hand scroll bar. Seems to be true of all the themes I tried. This was not a problem with .8.

Lots of spinning beach balls, lots of delays while scrolling pages. Apparently, some page graphics cause .9 to choke?? Camino now much much faster.
