Dude -- IP-relay is a RELAY service. Which connects a text-based system to a hearing caller with the assistance of an operator. SofTTY is a TTD emulator, which allows TTD to TTD conversations. Text to text.I will give you that $75 is friggin' off the hook, especially when there is a NexTalk which offers the same service for FREE for the PC and gets updated regularly.
