Sign up for AOL AIM (free) which is an intant message chat tool. Then add: My IP Relay to your buddy list. VIOLA, free TTY service right out of your AOL AIM. OR, you can go to http://www.ip-relay.com/index.htm which is also a free TTY service based on Java using your very own browser.

WHAT!?!?!? 75 BUCKS!?!?!? - xtopher19741

Dude -- IP-relay is a RELAY service. Which connects a text-based system to a hearing caller with the assistance of an operator. SofTTY is a TTD emulator, which allows TTD to TTD conversations. Text to text.

I will give you that $75 is friggin' off the hook, especially when there is a NexTalk which offers the same service for FREE for the PC and gets updated regularly.
