I have sent an email three times to try to get my (lost) serial number and all have gone unanswered. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt. If someone is receiving instant responses to their inquiries, it must be because they are sitting right next to the person responding.

Got a response - sjonke

For the record, I tried sending an email again, this time to all email addresses I could find on their contacts page, and I did finally get a response. I think the web site needs to remove the mrkai@kaisakura.com address and any others that are ignored.
