Freeze and error message 192

Used Product For: Over One Year

Using System 10.3.4, MS Entourage freezes and throws up error '192' message. Problem is resolved by disabling the "Allow network access when displaying complex HTML" preference in the Mail and News Preferences "Read" tab.

System Info:G5 1.8Ghz/1.5MB SP 10.3.4

Freeze and error message 192 - donrichardsoth

I have the same problem, and have independently discovered the same work around. But this isn't a fix - how do we correct the situation - swithing off a feature is hardly a fix.
Any ideas from the experts?
