No problem downloading it when you CTL-click (or right-click) and select "Download linked file as..." (or the equivalent) from the resulting pop-up (users " Barryaus" and "pemery" take note)

HOW?

I'm using a different Palm handheld, with a newer OS (v4.2.1) and all that happens is that Safari downloads a .html file of 13.1 kb.
