Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I have been uning the superb CCC with great success on 10 different internal, and Firewire external, HDDs since v 2.1.1; however, since installing OS X 10.3.4 neither my internal nor external drives boot. I do get through a completed backup process and all my files appear to be copied, just cannot boot now. Any suggestions?

Unable to Boot from Backup - rlier

I have not had a problem making bootable clones on an ext. firewire drive with 10.3.4 using a PB G4 1 Ghz. However, I did have problems with earlier versions of 10.3 if I did not first erase my external drive using Apple's Disk Utility. Once I discovered that was the problem, I have always used that procedure and never had a problem.
