Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I have succesfully downloaded some files (old music no longer available in stores) but all I end up with are files called DL-12 or DL-.14 or DL-soemthingelsebutalways a number ...

I wonder how i am supposed to open these files. .. can nybody help?

Sometimes these strange files have 0K and you can't do anything. But sometimes they have the same size as the file that was downloaded, and all you have to do is rename the file with the correct format at the end of the file name (.mp3, .mpg, etc.) and it should work fine.
