This product works fairly well, but the licensing scheme is extremely annoying. First, after paying $99 for the license, I found out that I needed another license to run on my laptop. (For that price, I should be able to run it on at least two personal machines.)

Secondly, the price is too high for the product. It does copy DVDs in one step, but the combination of DVDBackup (freeware) and DVDRemaster ($39.99) does the same thing for $60 less.

It would be nice if the company seemed to care about their customer's opinions and feedback, but they don't. Though I licensed this product, I probably wouldn't knowing that I can't use it on both my laptop and my desktop.
