I paid big money for a developer version.
#1 they registered to the wrong name (you'd think they could at least get the name I typed correct).
#2 Only works in receiving mail 60% of the time.
#3 I've tried calling, emailing etc. to no avail. I'd at least like to get the typo corrected on my developer license so that I could use it.
#4 It doesn't seem to stop them from soliciting me for an upgrade, but who wants to upgrade when they won't even return your emails or phone calls?
#5 The ironic thing is that I have a frequent need to use a product like this, for now I use smtp.it and pop3.it I guess this is what you get with a developer in a foreign country.
