On a Dual 1GB G5 this thing takes about 3 minutes to rename about 1000 files. I don't see why it should take anywhere near that long. I love the program but I'm still on the lookout for something faster, if that tells you anything.

The Finder window display seems to make a difference. Column display or list sorted by name seem to work fastest; sort by date modified is unbearably slow. I don't think it's ABFR's fault.Reply to This
