My plan was to take this slow. The first thing that I have done is to sync the contacts in Entourage with Apple's Address Book. I got duplicates because there are duplicates. Now I will go through and resolve those (a quick response from PocketMac clarified that I can delete dups in either app) and then sync again. Finally we will overwrite the Palm. I will report back when I'm done, but so far it all seems to be going as advertised and with none of the insane scrambling described by others. I'll give it 4 stars for now, reserving the last one when I see the same list in all three places...
