Not quite sure what you mean by it crashing without trying it – was it perhaps a faulty download? Anyway I assure you that it does work perfectly in Panther. If another download does the same I suggest you post the details in Troubleshooting at "http://forums.bombich.com/".
PS Right now a disk malfunction at the bombich.com server is being dealt with. If you have difficulty posting give it a day and try again.
