I too was stupid enough to delete the roman keyboard layout, resulting in half my programs not accepting keystrokes anymore. Luckily I was able to fix that quickly.

The program does what it says however, recovering a couple of hundred MB's disk space for me, but I do think the author should make it impossible to delete certain keyboard layouts. For dummies like me.
