I use Cocktail every day prior to shut down to do the repair permissions thing etc.
This morning Cocktail tells me that there is an update. Great. However when the download comes there does not seem to be an automatic installer replacement of the old to new. You're left with the "disk" image and you have to drag things from the "disk" image to your harddrive. That sucks. It should automaticall do that for you since it was smart enough to tell me about a more recent version.

Funny, a person like you, A Z, using the word "mental".That's exactly what your problem is, in my opinion.
You really are a fan-atic.

Update installer sucks. - Andreas..
You poor, poor thing – having to drag something indeed. You must be exhausted – mentally as well as physically! Most people complain if there is an installer for just an app with no ancillary files to be located anywhere. Now you complain for the opposite reason. It must be a real joy for the developer to read posts like yours. An installer sucks. No installer sucks. When you finish sucking (suckling?) you might grow up!
