Open Keychain Access application (/Applications/Utilities), choose "Keychain First Aid" from the Window menu, click the "Repair" button and click the "Start" button to repair your keychain(s).

Da-dah! See "Keywincidence" post below. BTW, Keychain First Aid never reports any problem but I still run it every so often out of habit.
