Running the 6.1.1 installer doesn't change the Eudora application, still have v6.1 after the update. The message says the update was successful, and perhaps it changed some files but the application version and "about" info aren't updated.

Tried a new installation on another drive, and that one delivers v6.1.1 as it should.

Since more than the app may have been updated, it's not clear that copying the good app over the old 6.1 is safe. Anybody know?
