9600 Mobility can't be supported yet - etracer

The Radeon 9600 Mobility chipset can't be supported due to bugs in the ATI Displays application. When this chipset is enabled, the ATI Displays application reports errors and will not run. This is likely a bug in their device parsing. The previous version of ATI Displays (4.2) would give this same error when run with non-ATI graphics. In the 4.2.5 version they "improved" the exception handling to display a message that "No ATI graphics were found." Hopefully with a future release of ATI Radeon Displays they will fix this bug and support can be added for the 9600 Mobility chipset.
