I was hoping that Microsoft would have some long-awaited changes. It looks nearly identical to v.X, and there are a few new things, but for the most part, nothing I'd use outside a corporate sector. I don't think I'll upgrade to Office 2004. v.X is still doing what I need it to do and what I want it to do is in neither version. I loved the rules manager from Outlook for Windows. I like the fact that I could have a specific sound file play or a change the color of messages when a particular event occurred. You need to know applescripting to accomplish this. I want to waste my time on a game, not applescripting.
